**In exchange, we ask you to bring**:

- Responsible for all elements of the Health & Safety programs, including but not limited to policy creation/ maintenance, program role out, training and communications. Ensuring that programs adhere to or exceeds OHS Legislation, municipal, or provincial legislation. (Canada & US)
- Foster positive safety culture that integrates safety policies/practices into a daily practice for company personnel.
- Lead workplace investigation for near miss, accident, first aid and employee concerns. Ensuring root cause analysis and closing out of actions.
- Management of WSIB process, lead the ESRTW program
- Facilitate new employee safety orientations and various additional health & safety training
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- A sense of urgency and tenacity. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, possess the ability to work effectively alongside employees at all levels of the organization

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- College diploma or University degree combined with industry specific experience
- Ability to prioritize and organize work while overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in reporting on KPI’s
- USA OSHA experience and asset
- Ability to travel to US and Canada facilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
