Edmonton, Canada Tackpoint LP Full time

We are looking for someone with experience operating a CNC lathe, who is comfortable performing roughing operations and precision hard turning in a fast-paced environment, **to join our night shift from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m**.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
- Able to set up independently
- Competent with common measuring tools including calipers and micrometers
- Performing roughing and precision hard turning experience an asset

Qualifications:

- Successful completion of high school with strong competency in math
- Naturally quick, being able to move efficiently to monitor multiple things in progress
- Organized and detail-orientated with accuracy and quality as a priority
- Must be flexible and open to assisting in any areas needed. Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Good work ethic, good attitude, trainability/aptitude, and good communication skills
