Bosman Home Front, located in Teviotdale, ON is an industry leader in retail sales of Storage Structures, Outdoor Pavilions, Gazebos, Pergolas, Playsets and Outdoor Furniture. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator in our Operations Department who focuses on administrative and organizational details in a fast-paced office setting. This position will cover a 12 month maternity leave and could lead to full time position as we grow.

Job Functions:
Maintain the integrity of our ERP system (currently Zoho) and manage inventory, skus, pricing and supplier information.

Implement and maintain all systems to manage each order from sales order, purchase order, supplier confirmation, scheduling truck, receiving the stock.

Complete accurate inventory receipts prior to shipment and forward to proper channels for customer contact (pickups/installation)

Assist with the creation of the annual Price Book; update spreadsheets with costing, new product information, new pictures.

Update cost and retail pricing in Zoho as price changes occur. Set up new items as required.

Continue to develop and adapt new ZoHo One system as directed to improve work flows.

Ensure inventory has been received and warehoused in accordance to protocol.

Oversee and manage sub-contractors who perform maintenance on our property. Ex. Grass cutting, snow removal and garbage removal. All is done in accordance with stated plan.

Careful utilization of buildings for storage of poly orders and inventory.

Working with Project Coordinator, generate paperwork, for Yard Supervisor to tag orders, track storage location, with a plan for the next step to be received by client. Plan must be in action within 1 day of being received and confirmed.

Solicit customer order shipping quotes when required.

Coordinate and Administrate with Project Coordinator for Delivery, Pickups, Installations with Customer, using internal and external teams.

Prepare a plan for each order prior to arrival. The plan will include the next step(s) to being delivered/received to our customers in the most efficient manner noted in the sales order and well within our company lead times. Also working directly with Project Coordinator on install dates for Outdoor Structures.

Contract length: 14 months

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
