**Salary: Commensurate with level of experience**

**Hours: 35 hours/week**

The Ontario Institute for Cancer Research (OICR) is seeking an Analyst to coordinate all aspects relating to the Ontario Tumour Bank’s data. The Ontario Tumour Bank (OTB) is a world-class biorepository, which carefully collects cancer specimens for use in high-impact research. OTB has consented more than 20,000 donors and has shared over 45,000 specimens with researchers all around the world. To do this, OTB is partners with hospitals around the province to collect, preserve, store, and distribute high-quality biospecimens and derivatives, comprehensively annotated with de-identified clinical data for research.

OTB is internationally recognized for its excellence in accelerating cancer research. Our team has directly supported nearly 300 research studies in Canada and world-wide. Over the next year, we are excited to onboard a new Biobanking Information Management System, but we need your help. With over 22,000 donors with over 400 data fields each and samples across multiple hospital sites, this is a great opportunity to participate in a large database migration project. The work will provide you with multiple opportunities to learn and develop new skills, as well as to support the project with routine data reporting and auditing activities. The OTB team is small but mighty - we accomplish a lot and make a big impact.

Fully vaccinated is defined as having received all of the required doses of a Health Canada approved vaccine and having received the final dose at least 14 days before your employment start date.
