Sewing Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Sewing Specialist, Tailor, or Seamstress to join our talented team. If you have a passion for precision, creativity, and working with fabric, we'd love to hear from you

This is a full-time, in-person position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Modify and create products from fabric, including custom designs and alterations for pet collars, leashes, bandanas, and harnesses.
- Operate single and double-needle industrial sewing machines to craft durable, high-quality products.
- Use serging machines to sew and overcast fabric edges for a polished, professional finish.
- Repair pet accessories during the manufacturing process to ensure every item meets our strict quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for improvements to existing products and processes, enhancing quality and efficiency.
- Introduce and implement new sewing techniques to streamline production and improve outcomes.
- Assist in the design and prototyping of new products, providing input on sewing feasibility and optimization.
- Train new team members in sewing techniques, machine operation, and quality standards.
- Prepare and assemble components and fabrics for production, ensuring smooth workflows for the team.
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs on sewing machines to keep production running efficiently.
- Maintain accurate production reports to track time, quality, and improvements.
- Collaborate on auxiliary tasks, including packaging, inventory counting, fabric preparation, and more.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Experience Required**: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with sewing, including modifying and creating products from fabric.
- ** Skills & Qualities**:

- Strong proficiency in operating industrial sewing and serging machines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
