We are looking for a **Project Manager** with a focus on successfully navigating and delivering creative, digital and traditional marketing projects. This role can be based in the Kitchener-Waterloo, ON region or remotely.

**You are**:
A forward focused **Project Management Professional** focused on brand and business transformation with a focus on successfully navigating and delivering creative, digital and traditional marketing projects. You have a team service mindset and are used to working through outcomes supported by content, design and technology which are infused with helping businesses communicate and change the way they work. As PM you prioritize, coordinate, and collaborate with other Maykers to meet business needs, resource management, schedules and financials to successfully navigate and deliver all aspects of the assignment. You love technology and growth and are passionate about the latest technologies as a self-starter with keen attention to detail. Reporting to VP, Marketing Strategy and the CIO and working with Client Services and Creative Services Team, you will dive into delivering creative, data and technology solutions for internal and external clients

**What You'll Do**

**Deliver**: Produce work that is excellent, on requirement, on time and on budget that goes beyond the brief. Gain alignment on the scope, schedule, assumptions, and price for projects with an ability to effectively translate from briefs and/or Client Proposals.

**Manage**: Manage schedules and streamline work between all team members and stakeholders including internal creative development project briefings to collect information to drive the discovery and delivery process with creative, strategy, production, development, analytics, QA and accounting teams to deliver projects in a timely manner.

**Partner**: Lead weekly/daily/ quarterly meetings with team to share updates and facilitate a collaborative design and development environment. Influence and foster an environment of shared accountability to drive projects from ambiguity to clarity and value.

**Communicate**: Establish and manage project/program communication and process. Encourage 100% participation from teams to capture productivity measures, project results (KPIs) and status.

**Innovate**: Leverage and build on existing tools and processes to monitor people and progress. Use and explore the use of the forward technologies and processes.

**Qualifications**
- University or college degree in a field related to the role or a combination of education and related experience
- 5+ years of experience in project and delivery, with 2+ years in a marketing agency, digital/technology or consulting environment
- Active work/experience successfully delivering client solutions, consistently receiving high customer service reviews, resolving issues quickly; demonstrating the ability to define and delivery high quality services to customers; and delivering profitable service portfolios
