Come roll with us as a **Food Service Team Member (Sushi Chef) **and play a key role in “Creating better food for everyone, the Japanese way”, at our **Edmonton **location:

- ** Clareview** Superstore**: 4950 137 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5Y 2V4 | Sunday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM (weekends until 3:00 PM)
- ** South Common**: 9711-23 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6N 1K7 l Sunday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and measure ingredients.
- Preparation of sushi and other dishes (salads, rice bowls and sushi).
- Answer customers’ questions and offer recommendations.
- Keep the workstation clean and tidy in accordance with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform any other task required for the smooth running of operations.

**Qualifications**
- Must be able to lift a load of 15 kg (33 lb).
- Must be able to stand for an extended period.
- Be able to work in a team with good communication skills.
