What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end placement actives reporting to VP of Reinsurance;- Manage external ceded and assumed reinsurance placements;- Liaise with CTU team and to collect and maintain data for reinsurance renewal;- Analyze and reconcile data compared to prior submission, enhance data quality and find improvements in process;- Manage reinsurance renewal checklist and timeline, including deliverables and sign-offs;- Ensure reinsurance placement manual and business standard are followed;- Liaise with reinsurance brokers, UK and local reinsurance team, claim, accounting and reporting;- Treaty analysis;- Review and analyze wording changes with legal, VP of reinsurance and RI broker;- Post renewal work flow including DAF process, maintenance of reinsurance placement data/documents, documentation of reinsurance structure;- Track facultative placements;- Ability to pull data from internal databases and experience with policy and claim administrative systems (MINDs, Guidewire ect.);- Analyze data and produce interactive visualizations to present to various business collaborators;- Develop, improve and manage the reinsurance data pipelines;- Build effective relationships with business partners.

What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years reinsurance experience is a must;- University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Accounting or other related fields;- Programming skills are a plus;- Good judgment, critical thinking and problem solving skills;- Excellent Customer service skills complimented with sound communication skills.

- The salary band for this position ranges from $64,200 to $119,200.
