**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash drawers.
- Provide information about salon services and products, effectively upselling when appropriate.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring that it is clean and inviting for clients.
- Communicate effectively with stylists and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking product sales and restocking supplies as needed.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.

- Excellent customer service abilities to create a positive experience for clients.
- Proficiency in technology sales, with the ability to promote salon products effectively.
- Experience in upselling services and products to enhance client satisfaction.

- Effective communication skills in English to interact with clients and staff clearly.
- Cashiering experience is preferred for handling payments smoothly.
- Ability to sell salon services confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
