**About You**:
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and high performance of our diverse product suite and associated product releases. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding a team of skilled QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, and implementing robust quality assurance processes. By doing so, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional software solutions that meet and exceed the expectations of our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution under company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing comprehensive quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information and trends.
- Performing risk management activities to minimize project risks within the quality assurance process.
- Participating in the QA recruiting process to identify and onboard them to the QA team.
- Cultivating a sense of ownership in one's performance and recognizing its impact on the company's overall success.
- Managing relationships with the QA team, product team, and other stakeholders, effectively representing the QA team and facilitating collaboration across cross-functional departments.
- Establish and enforce quality standards, methodologies, metrics and best practices, ensuring adherence across all aspects of the QA process.
- Oversee the seamless execution of test plans and regression testing, ensuring that all critical test scenarios are covered.
- Develop, manage, and continually refine automated test suites to facilitate effective regression testing.
- Analyze the occurred defects and eliminate the root causes and prevent future defects
- Collaborate synergistically with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement, consistently elevating the quality of our products.
- Uphold strict adherence to industry standards and regulations, ensuring our SaaS products meet and exceed compliance requirements consistently.
- Take direct responsibility for developing templates for test cases and other test documentation, including meticulous test plans, test cases, and test scripts, aimed at comprehensively evaluating software functionality, performance, and security.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field (a Master's degree is highly preferred).
- Proven experience in the QA field for over 8 years, including a minimum of 2+ years in a QA manager role.
