**Job Summary**:
TKL Group Inc is looking for a skilled Concrete Batching Planetary Mixer. The Mixer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the concrete mix delivered to the job site. The Mixer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the concrete delivered to the job site is up to code and meets our specifications. The Mixer will be responsible for ensuring that the mix is properly prepared and that all required documentation is completed. The Mixer will be responsible for ensuring that all job site safety requirements are followed.

**Responsibilities will be as follows, but not limited to**:

- Working in a variety of weather conditions, including hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions.
- Working with various types of concrete mix materials.
- Working with various types of equipment such as mixers, conveyors, hand tools and power tools.
- Working with various types of concrete mix materials such as sand, gravel, and or crushed stone, cement, and/or bagged materials.
- Strong mechanical skills with ability to read and understand written instructions, simple math problems, and basic diagrammatic drawings. Ability to use hand tools including hand trucks and power tools such as drill press, saws, etc..

**Job Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs if assisted by a partner.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk for long distances in various weather conditions and on various types of terrain.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
