**Responsibilities**:
You'll be at the forefront of flavor development, bringing creativity and expertise to every project. As a Junior Flavorist, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, hone your skills, and make a meaningful impact in the fast-paced world of flavor science.- You will develop flavors from concept to execution, aligning with customer specifications and manufacturing requirements.- You will select and analyze raw materials, and explore substitutes when necessary.-
- You will plan and execute physico-chemical analysis of samples, ensuring accuracy and quality.- You will prepare samples and maintain documentation, including technical product documentation (TDS).- You will coordinate with purchasing and other departments to ensure availability of raw materials and consumables.- You will act as a technical resource for cross-functional teams, providing expertise and support as needed.- You will communicate effectively with internal departments, including customer service, quality, production, and sales.- You will participate in technical presentations at conferences and customer meetings, showcasing our innovative flavor solutions.

Qualifications:
You have:
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science or related field.- You have experience in R&D development positions, preferably in the flavor industry.- Training or experience in flavor development will be a plus.- You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written

- You are determined, proactive, and possess a strong work ethic.- You are a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.- You are a team player who can build strong interdisciplinary relationships.- You are detail-oriented and committed to rigor in flavor formulation and analysis.
