**Responsibilities**:

- Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials
- Design
- Set up and align materials on the printing press
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines for completing orders
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in motion graphics, visual design, and 2D animation
- Strong graphic design skills, including layout, color theory, and composition
- Experience with software such as Adobe After Effects, Sketch, and Sketchup
- Knowledge of typography principles and the ability to create visually appealing designs
- Familiarity with HTML5 and web design principles is a plus
- Understanding of 3D animation techniques is a plus
