Job Title: Chester's Chicken Cook
Business: Quilakwa Canco

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Cook will be responsible for responsible safe food handling, preparation, and cooking of Chester's Chicken food products. Tasks will include receiving orders, prepping food, cooking food, thorough cleaning and safe food handling procedures, stocking the food displays, and more.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
A Chester's Chicken Cook is required to complete the following duties and responsibilities, obtain, and maintain the required certifications, and assist in store operations, including but not limited to:
**Customer Service** - Greet and assist all patrons, provide a positive experience for all.
**Inventory Management** - stocking product, checking expiry dates, ordering, and receiving, conduct regular inventory counts, etc.
**Site Maintenance **- Complete thorough cleaning of all food and kitchen equipment, dismantle and clean the fryers, replace filters, conduct boil outs and oil changes, etc.
**Store Merchandising **- Ensure all food display shelves are stocked, clean, and in order.
**Health & Safety** - Attend regular H&S meetings, maintain necessary certifications, etc.
**Teamwork** - Attend regular Staff meetings, cooperate with co-workers.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
Must have the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
High-energy team player who demonstrates good judgment and takes initiative.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
