"Position: Site Supervisor
Reports To: Regional Manager

**Overview**:
Commissionaires Great Lakes offers an immediate opportunity for a versatile, highly motivated Security Professional. We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills, strong working knowledge of computer systems, CCTV experience, a positive attitude and the ability to provide excellent customer service, security and protection for our clients site. As a front-line representative of our company and client’s site you must be highly reliable, work well under pressure, able to work with mínimal supervision, have the ability to multi task and be a professional who takes pride in your dress, deportment and performance at all times.

**DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITES**
- Recommend ways to improve physical security
- Ensure that the team adheres to the Post Orders and CGL Policies & Procedures
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Organize the training of new staff
- Prepare and submit the time sheets and schedules
- Provide leadership to the team
- Primary contact for the client and Regional Manager
- Submit daily reports to the Facility and Security Manager
- Monitor CCTV cameras
- Conduct patrols
- Respond to emergencies and building alarms
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and deportment
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional working relationship with employees, visitors, and clients
- Complete the site reporting requirements, and written reports when required
- Other duties as may be required by the client

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma
- Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid and CPR C certificate
- Successful completion of the CGL Supervisor Training course
- The ability to stand for long periods of time and complete frequent patrols
- Strong understanding of computers"
