Sous la supervision du directeur S&OP Produits Frais, l’Analyste paramètres S&OP analyse, fait la vigie et s’assure de la conformité des analyses capacitaires. Il est responsable pour la maintenance des paramètres utilisés dans les systèmes de planification (données maitres) afin de permettre les meilleures optimisations possibles.

Il développe et maintien des indicateurs de performance permettant la prise de décisions reliées aux différents aspects de l’inventaire, et s’assure de les communiquer de façon compréhensible et synthétique aux différentes parties prenantes.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Concevoir des outils non-intégrés nécessaires à l’atteinte des objectifs du département S&OP;
- Développer, concevoir (programmation) et tester des outils supportant la planification de la production, la gestion d’inventaire, la planification des ventes, ainsi que le processus S&OP d’Opérations Canada;
- Participer avec les différents intervenants à la définition des besoins d’outils non-inclus dans les solutions technologiques intégrées d’Agropur;
- S’assurer d’avoir une bonne compréhension des processus d’affaires et au besoin effectuer des analyses afin d’aider à comprendre certaines problématiques d’affaire;
- Créer et maintenir la documentation de formation à jour. Il sera aussi appelé à fournir du support aux utilisateurs;
- Collabore avec l’équipe ERP sur le déploiement des prochaines phases comme représentant du groupe S&OP (explication des outils, tests et validation des solutions proposées);
- S’assurer de l’optimisation des stratégies d’inventaire;
- Coordonner la maintenance des paramètres utilisés par les systèmes de planification;
- Effectuer des analyses capacitaires moyen et long terme sur l’ensemble des usines;
- Préparer et animer les revues de produits à valoriser;
- Participer et/ou coordonner différents projets d’amélioration continue;
- Participer aux différents projets reliés à la Catégorie;
- Participer au processus de financier de préparation du budget de production.

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- Baccalauréat en génie des opérations et de la logistique, en administration des affaires avec spécialisation en GOL ou autre formation jugée pertinente;
- Expérience ou certification en TI un atout;
- Trois à cinq années d’expérience pertinente en gestion d’inventaire ou en approvisionnement;
- Maîtrise avancée de la Suite Office, connaissances avancées en Excel;
- Connaissances des systèmes ERP;
- Connaissance des bases de données internes telles que OBI (Oracle Business Intelligence), Discoverer (Oracle), SAP, Power BI.
- Bilinguisme oral et écrit (Anglais et Français) - Communications fréquentes avec des partenaires, clients et/ou employés à l’extérieur du Québec.
