We’re super stoked to be putting together an inclusive team of fun, edgy, entrepreneurial Sauce Slingers to spice up the Farmer’s market, Trade Shows, & Special Events this Summer
**Cool stuff you’ll be doing**
- Herding passersby to the GG tent (engaging potential clients)
- Have spicy conversations with cool people (customer service)
- Hurting peoples’ faces (offering samples of hot sauce)
- Educate, be passionate, engaging, memorable, and have a love for all things local
- Setup/tear-down of the GG tent, signage & merchandise
- Process cash/digital transactions
- Count & track inventory, post-event reporting
- Maintain cleanliness of booths with Public Health and COVID protocols in mind
- Prepare orders for shipping
- Participate in creating social media content
**Requirements**:
- Don’t get people sick (Food Handler Certificate)
- Valid G driver’s license with access to vehicle
- Must be available to work weekends, and early morning shifts on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays.
- Previous working experience in the food & beverage industry (preferred)
- Spicy personality (no headbutting the customers)
- Previous experience in events, both small and large considered an asset
- Know your sht (products, ingredients, recipe ideas, etc.)
- Act as a brand ambassador (be cool)
- Operate in accordance to the GOAT mentality (see below)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:
- St. Jacobs, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
