Emergency preparedness is a critical aspect of CCH operations. It is essential that all staff and physicians receive training and understand their roles and responsibilities in this field.

**Summary of responsibilities**:
Troubleshoot any Hardware, Software, Network problem the customer may have. Coordinate and plan Hardware and Software installations.

**Requirements of the job**:

- 2-year College diploma with A+ certification
- Minimum 1-year experience as a P.C. Technician
- Good knowledge of personal and networked equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software
- Experience in customer support, good interpersonal and organizational skills and strong team orientation
- Required to work alternating shifts between the day and evening shifts
- Required to be on-call for evenings and week-ends to provide support
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety
- Demonstrated regular, punctual attendance
- Functional level in English (oral and written)

Assets:

- Demonstrated experience in a healthcare sector and knowledge of CCH I.T. support and network infrastructure
- Knowledge of intranet and internet development tools
- Knowledge of Mitel phone networks.
