**Real Estate Assistant**

We are a real estate company that specializes in the sale and purchase of residential properties. We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, detail oriented, and organized individual to assist with the daily operations of our company. This position is responsible for the administrative functions of the office, including but not limited to: maintaining transaction documentation, creating real estate content on social media, communicating with clients and real estate professionals, event planning and coordinating, assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

We are a growing company looking for someone who wants to start with a flexible schedule and grow with us wants to eventually take on more responsibilities as the role evolves. Mostly work from home with some on-site work as required. Some travel throughout the city is required so you must have your own vehicle and a driver's licence. We want someone who is eager to deliver exceptional service, can easily adapt as priorities change throughout the day, has amazing critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems as they arise, works efficiently and communicate effectively. This job is not for someone who wants routine and needs to be told what tasks they need to work on everyday. You should be able to create your own schedule and deadlines once tasks are assigned.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with preparing and maintaining information and documents for each transaction; maintain records of transactions including but not limited to: listing agreements, contracts, office forms; responding to requests for paperwork; excellent organization and administration skills is required
- Social media management; Assist with creating content, editing and posting on social media platforms; experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube required
- Blogging - excellent research, writing and communication skills is required
- Booking appointments and follow-ups - quick response time and diligent follow-up skills is required
- Assist in organizing events
- Listing set-up and marketing
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members
- Other duties as assigned

**Education & Experience**
**High School Diploma or equivalent required.**
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of real estate preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week
