As part of the Global HR Digital team, you will contribute to shape our HR Digital roadmap to drive innovation and delightful experiences for our employees. This role is suited for a highly driven and curious individual, willing to learn and grow as part of a dynamic team. We have designed this role to drive innovation in areas that stretch across the employee life cycle and will be involved in the design and delivery of enhanced process automation, simplification and a focus on digital solutions focused on experience. You will be part of driving key digital initiatives, enhancements to existing platforms and bringing to life the current HR technology market trends in AI, machine learning and tools that drive innovation.

**About the Role**

In this opportunity as Lead HR Digital Innovation Analyst, you will:

- Collaborate with other members of our HR Digital team to form a strong pool of system expertise that will focus on key enhanced process, system and integrated tools focused on experience and productivity.
- Partner with our HR Digital leadership team to develop a short and long term HR Technology strategy and roadmap aligned with overall business and HR strategy
- Partner with key stakeholders across HR, IT and Operations to provide oversight and guidance on all HR automation to maximize system functionality, end to end process excellence and colleague experience
- Design, Prototype and deliver features and tools leveraging design thinking and agile methodologies to radically improve processes across the employee life cycle
- Use data to measure and track adoption, user experience and improvement opportunities
- Participate and provide hands on technical guidance on design partner initiatives with core HR systems such as Workday.
- Provide insight and current trends within the HR Technology and Digital Transformation space
- Understand modern, leading-edge technologies, including machine learning, AI capability and robust reporting tools to recommend and enable a digital experience with latest trends in technology

**About You**

You’re a fit for the role of Lead HR Digital Innovation Analyst if your background includes:

- Bachelor's degree in related technology program preferred
- Previous experience working on large HR digital initiatives that have been implemented successfully across business units that cover an end to end view on HR functionality and the employee life cycle supporting multiple lines of business
- Strong understanding of enterprise-wide HRIS solutions and related tools
- Strong understanding of leading edge cloud based HR technologies within all areas of functionality (Recruiting, Staffing, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Security, Integration and Reporting)
- Experience working and collaborating with high-performing teams
- Experience with successful program delivery, accountability for quality and detail and commercial orientation
- Knowledge in agile methodology
- Advanced knowledge of systems and tools
- Knowledge of leading edge technologies Experience with RPA, AI, machine learning
- Experience in system governance protocol and procedures to manage CR and governance processes leveraging tools like DevOps, Service Now and Workday
- Strong experience interpreting metrics leveraging scorecard, dashboard to drive insight and action
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
