Junior Machinist

We are currently looking for a Junior Machinist to join our team.

Duties and Requirements of the position:

- Set up and operate various machine tools, such as manual lathe, milling machines, grinders, **tube bender**, power tools and all related shop equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the set up and machining operations required.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Perform precision measurements of dimensions and tolerances using technical tools.
- Collaborate with engineers, production personnel, and other team members to improve processes and achieve production goals.
- Have a good understanding of GD&T

Skills & Qualifications:

- 1-2 years experience in a related industry
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, precise work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility

**Salary**: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
