**What will you do?**

You will be responsible for coaching Disability Case Managers (DCM) to enhance skills to optimize claims duration / outcomes and develop superior Case Management Excellence behaviours.
- Providing feedback and coach the DCM team in client-focused case management and achieving results
- Refining your assigned DCM team skills on the best use of tools and approaches, caseload management, forecasting, workload prioritization
- Supporting DCM in change management and achieving overall measured team performance
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes to better meet our service excellence, quality, and financial commitments to our Clients
- Identifying emerging trends by using reporting and caseload reviews, and develop a plan to address them
- Collaborating with your Manager, your CMC peers, trainers, and other stakeholders to address learning and development opportunities

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Expert in Disability Case Management (short-term and/or long-term disability) with strong coaching skills
- Understands the larger scale of the disability business and the financial impact on Plan Sponsors
- Ability to connect the information, to identify trending and to explain the why
- Great communicator (bilingual in English and French - Quebec only):

- Analytical and detail oriented, especially with complex claims and contracts
- Superior organizational and problem solving skills
- Leadership and change management skills
- Proactive and innovative
