**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- We are currently seeking an experienced Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment and machinery to complete construction and excavation projects. If you have a strong background in operating heavy equipment and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, graders, loaders, and excavators - Perform tasks such as digging, grading, paving, and building
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively **Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or excavation setting - Commercial driving experience is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment - Proficient in horizontal drilling techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
