The Davis Clinic for Oral and Facial Surgery is a comprehensive oral and facial surgery practice in Thornhill, ON. Our office is an esthetic, state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility. We are expanding again and currently seeking another valuable team member

**Position Description**:This is a 4-5 day/week position reporting to the Office Manager. This individual’s responsibilities will include:

- Interacting with patients, staff and referring doctors
- Scheduling patients
- Billing and collecting payment from patients and third-party insurers
- Word processing transcribed letters to patients and referring doctors
- Printing and scanning documents and radiographs
- Updating Electronic Medical Records
- Ensuring that office supplies are in-stock
- Participate in Continuing Education events
- Keeping the office space clean and tidy

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 38 per week

**Benefits**:

- Dental care
- On-site parking

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-05-01
