Our clients include higher net worth individuals and families, business owners, professionals, and group insurance clients.

**What do you bring?**

You have experience in financial services, in an advisory environment focusing on insurance, wealth and financial planning. Your experience includes familiarity with terms, processes, knowledge of account types, and the range of products and solutions offered in a fully holistic practice.
- A minimum of 3 year’s experience in wealth and insurance administration
- Strong communication skills (written, telephone and in person)
- Mutual Fund license and/or LLQP preferred but not mandatory. We value your experience.
- Excellent PC skills including Excel, Word, Outlook
- CRM management - Salesforce knowledge an asset
- High level of professionalism and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and follow-up in a fast paced, high volume practice

**What would you be doing?**

Core competencies will include:

- Client file preparation for client meetings
- Attending client meetings with advisors, and preparing meeting notes
- Managing accurate entry, processing and follow up of all wealth transactions including opening new accounts, executing transfers, redemptions, and deposits for both nominee and client held accounts
- Oversight of all client forms including prefilling information, managing signature completion, and ensuring accuracy of fund codes and fee structures
- Managing wealth transfers from outside institutions including timely follow up and client updates
- Processing new risk business including insurance and segregated funds
- Communicating with Sun Life and third -party offices
- Understand and manage compliance and regulatory requirements
- Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings
- Contribute to improving processes
- Understanding and meeting all compliance requirements

**Hybrid Working model and 4.5 day work week**:
We listened to our team and reflected on our learning experiences through the pandemic. Our team works in the office from Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Mondays and Fridays. We also offer a 4.5 day work week at full pay and close our office mid-day on Fridays. A healthy life-work balance is a core WSC value.

**Benefits and Bonus**:

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
