Our team at the Travelodge Lundy's Lane is currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact and a friendly verbal greeting.
- Serves as a night shift office cashier by auditing daily guest ledgers.
- Performs all audit procedures
- Performs a variety of actives to ensure all current days sales balance and payments have been properly processed.
- Balance cash transactions, receipts, and work performed.
- Perform cash deposits.
- Ensure all charges and taxes are correctly posted.
- Handle cash and credit transactions.
- Provide accurate information to potentials guests.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel.
- Provide professional, quality service to customers
- Participate in front office meetings.
- Handle wake-up call requests for guests.
- Create, cancel and change room reservations upon requests.
- Provide guests general local knowledge, hotel facilities, and services.
- Balance all revenue departments on a daily basis, and complete reports.
- Participate in cross-training if necessary.
- Respond to guests needs upon request.

**Requirements**:

- **Hours: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.**:

- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills when dealing with guests and associates.
- Demonstrates good mathematical skills and working knowledge of accounting principals.
- Front Desk or Night Audit experience an asset.
- Opera Cloud PMS knowledge an asset.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

- Hotel & Accommodations Guest Services Staff: 1 year (preferred)
