With multiple operations in Atlantic Canada, we're on the lookout for a passionate individual to join our team at our Brookfield, Nova Scotia location.

**Position Available: Site Coordinator**

In this pivotal role you'll oversee all processes, production and related activities from start to finish. We're seeking someone with great mechanical aptitude, a hands-on management style and strong organizational skills. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity across all aspects of plant operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure Marwood policy compliance and conduct regular safety training.
- Manage plant cleanliness for safety and production standards.
- Establish and revise product-specific quality standards.
- Set and update production targets.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and downtime management.
- Manage output and costs for efficiency.
- Ensure environmental compliance and proper documentation.
- Ensure inventory processes are in place.
- Participate in Weekly Budget and Production Review Meetings.
- Maintain staffing levels and site facilities.**Top of Form**
