Under the supervision of the MD, the individual in this position will lead the coordination of services for the bariatric patient within the Wharton Medical Clinic, Weight and Diabetes Management. As a nutritionist/kinesiologist, you will participate in assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of a patient’s weight management program to assist patients in making lifestyle changes. Appropriate education will be used to increase knowledge, skills and competencies of the bariatric patient. Requirements: (1) Preferred undergraduate Degree in Applied Human Nutrition / Neutraceuticals / Kinesiology (2) team player with excellent communication skills.
5 days a week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
