- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est présentement à la recherche d’un conseiller ou d’une conseillère pour combler un besoin temporaire de trois mois ou plus, à temps complet, au sein du Bureau du respect de la personne, à l’Institut universitaire en santé mentale Douglas, situé à Verdun.- Titre d’emploi à l’interne : Agent ou agente de la gestion du personnel
En lien avec les activités du Bureau du respect de la personne du CIUSSS ODIM, le conseiller ou la conseillère accueille les signalements et les plaintes et offre un service conseil aux personnes requérant ses services. Il ou elle collabore également au traitement des signalements et des plaintes reliées au harcèlement psychologique pour l’ensemble de la communauté du CIUSSS.
- Cette personne exerce une partie ou l'ensemble des fonctions suivantes:
- Reçoit des signalements provenant d’employé(e)s, de gestionnaires ou de syndicats;
- Conseille les personnes requérant ses services, évalue la nature et l'étendue de la situation et convient de l'action à prendre conformément aux modalités d'intervention prévues à la Politique en matière de promotion de la civilité et de prévention du harcèlement et de la violence en milieu de travail;
- Accueille les signalements, les plaintes et les demandes relatives à des situations potentielles de harcèlement psychologique;
- Effectue des analyses de recevabilité des signalements des situations potentielles de harcèlement psychologique;
- Accompagne et conseille les employés, les gestionnaires et tout autre partenaire en vue de trouver les meilleures pistes de solution pour résoudre la situation problématique et, s’il y a lieu, de s’assurer que les moyens nécessaires sont entrepris pour que cesse toute forme de harcèlement et de violences;
- Conduit un processus de résolution des différends ou de recherche d’ententes entre les personnes concernées;
- Agit à titre d’intervenant(e) ou de facilitateur/trice dans le traitement des situations;
- Assure le suivi des demandes et des signalements.
Salaire horaire : 26,66$ à 45,70$, selon l’expérience- Requirements :- Détient un diplôme universitaire en ressources humaines, en droit, en relations industrielles, en psychologie, en travail social, en criminologie, ou toute autre discipline ou champ d’étude jugé pertinent;
- Possède des connaissances sur les méthodes d'enquêtes administratives liées aux divers types de différends en milieu de travail incluant le harcèlement;
- Détient des connaissances sur les modes de prévention et de règlement des différends;
- Est une personne reconnue pour ses qualités humaines et son bon jugement;
- Possède un sens de l’impartialité et la facilité d’intervenir dans des situations délicates;
- Bénéficie d’une capacité de susciter la collaboration et la recherche de solutions;
- Démontre des aptitudes pour les communications verbales et écrites, la gestion des priorités et la capacité d’analyse.
