As a key member of our Smart Bus Technology team, you will support the NFI Connect team and will be accountable for completion and accuracy of assigned tasks at all phases of NFI Connect product oversight including module programming, plant ingestion requests/efforts, NFI Connect/telematic field updates, Geofencing, OTA, Troubleshooting and RI efforts critical to NFI Connect.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Managing troubleshooting efforts and improvements
- Collaborating with others in setting-up and executing improvement projects
- Developing and maintaining Smart Bus hardware and software procedures
- Implementing and creating standard processes.
- Providing Smart Bus technical support to the production line, internal and external customers as required
- Provide support to cross functional departments and other departments as required.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Education in Engineering, Computer Science or Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Bus and Coach Operations and/or Maintenance would be an asset.
- Good knowledge of Telematics.
- Strong understanding of Bus and Coach Electrical architecture and Communication networks.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Excellent Communication, problem solving and customer service skills.
- Project management and ability to work independently.

Less than 25% travel is required.
