**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Location Manager in managing the operations of the immersive experiences, supporting a world-class guest experience.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and creative to meet operational requirements.
- Support in the hiring, training, and management of a team of 30+ part-time employees.
- Maximize employee productivity and ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and established best practices.
- Work with the team to resolve guest concerns and feedback, practicing continuous improvement.
- Encourage excellent customer service among employees through a lead by example approach.
- Help facilitate a results-driven culture.
- Aid in the management of inventory and supplies, reporting any needed equipment to the Location Manager.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making abilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Experience or education in hospitality or business is considered an asset.
- Flexible availability to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
