Montessori Toddler Guide

Position Title: Montessori Toddler Guide (RECE)

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement a Montessori toddler curriculum that promotes the development of language skills, gross and fine motor skills, and social-emotional growth.
- Observe and document each child's progress and communicate with parents regularly.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment that is conducive to learning and exploration.
- Foster independence and self-esteem in each child by providing opportunities for exploration and discovery.
- Communicate effectively with co-teachers, administrators, and parents.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Toddler room
- Strong understanding of child development and the Montessori philosophy.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
