- Supervise and engage campers in various activities and programs and to be FUN
- Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times
- Plan and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and outdoor adventures when off horseback
- Assist with meal times, including serving and clean-up
- Provide guidance and support to campers in their personal growth and development
- Collaborate with other camp staff to create a positive and inclusive camp environment

Strong swimming skills to ensure camper safety during water activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with campers, parents, and other staff members

- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviors or situations calmly and responsibly
