Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of painting projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for projects.
- Oversee and supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize project delivery.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field an asset.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the painting or construction industry an asset.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment an asset.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of quality and excellence.
- Valid driver's license.
