**The Job Description**

This position involves assisting in providing appraisal, administration, analysis and consulting services on a wide array of residential and commercial properties, under the supervision of a senior appraiser.

Is a team player with a proven work ethic. They are self-motivated and able to work independently;
Must have exceptional standards and a high level of professionalism;
Must be organized, able to prioritize and multi-task, and have good time management skills to be able to meet tight turnaround times;
Excellent oral and written communication skills with acute attention to detail. Fluency in English at the university level is required;
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interrelate successfully with co-workers, clients and marketplace participants
with a natural desire to grow within the company and industry;
Excellent computer skills including research and analysis;
Knowledgeable of the real estate industry.

**The Requirements**

University Degree in a complementary discipline;
A background in real estate or business is an asset;
Fluency in English;
A valid driver’s license is required, as is the availability of a vehicle for inspection and travel purposes.
