**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare food and menu items according to standards and recipes
- Taking, confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen or bar staff
- Knowledge of the POS system, menu & inventory
- Serving food & alcohol
- Setting up decor and seating for events & tournaments
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of equipment, bathrooms and food storage areas
- Preparing bills and processing payment

**Requirements**:

- Restaurant cooking or serving experience, 1 year preferred
- Tee-On POS experience, an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effectively communicate with team members
- Maintain a high-quality product in a face paced environment
- Basic food handling and preparation knowledge
- Food Handling Certification, an asset
- Valid Smart Choice Certification, mandatory
