Being an **Accounts Receivable Administrator **with Ryzuk Geotechnical provides an opportunity to gain experience on a wide variety of administrative projects and offers an excellent compensation and benefits package. You will work along side the administration team to help provide necessary support and be operating out of our brand-new office

**Qualifications**:

- Experience using an accounting or billing software
- 2 years office experience in an administrative/support role
- Have proficiency with computer software’s such as, Office 365, and PDS reader/editor
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Possess strong organization and time management skills
- Is flexible and a quick learner
- Can work in a team environment as well as independently
- Can have multiple projects on the go
- Able to prioritize work

You will be working on a team of 50 amazing co-workers and some of the **best geotechnical engineers** in British Columbia

**Some of the things you will be working alongside on**:

- Prepare billing summaries for review by Engineers
- Create a high volume of invoices
- Edits to invoices as required
- Ensure all time and expenses are entered accurately
- Assist with invoice collections as necessary
- Assist support staff with miscellaneous tasks as required
