**Summary**:
The Liberal Party of Canada is seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator for an opportunity to join a dedicated team of staff to support Justin Trudeau and our Liberal team.

The Junior Salesforce Administrator performs information management duties for the organization that include data administration, management, analysis and interpretation. The Salesforce Administrator is also responsible for routine administrative functions in support of the department. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will be required to work flexible work hours at time with some travel within Canada.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Serve as a system administrator for Salesforce environment with 80+ users
- Handle basic to intermediate administrative functions on Classic and Lightning platforms including, but not limited to user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Build and optimize Process Builders, workflows, flows, validation rules etc.
- Implement processes, automations and other content in Salesforce environment
- Identify and evaluate Salesforce efficiency, helping to outline potential opportunities to streamline and improve processes
- Perform data hygiene tasks to standardize and validate data
- Validate data migration requirements and testing results

**What you’ll need to have**:

- 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Strong data management abilities
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Certified Admin Required
