We a have an immediate need to add to our accounting team. We are seeking a **RECEPTIONIST/BOOKKEEPER **for our locally owned janitorial company in the commercial and industrial sectors.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts Receivable and invoicing to our clients
- Accounts Payable processing
- Customer inquiries and challenges
- Records management
- Data Entry

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Minimum 2 years in the accounting and bookkeeping is required
- Working knowledge of Sage 50
- Exceptional organizational skills in order to multitask
- Thorough documentation and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills are pivotal to this position
- Ability to work independently and as a team to meet deadline set out.
- Clean CPIC Criminal Record Check

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$37,500.00 per year
