**Position Overview**:We are currently seeking experienced Shovel and Dozer Operators to join our skilled team. As a Shovel and Dozer Operator, you will play a crucial role in our operations, contributing to the success of various projects. If you have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and are passionate about operating heavy machinery efficiently and safely, we invite you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain shovels and dozers according to safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and project requirements.
- Safely load and move materials using the shovel and dozer in accordance with project plans.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience operating shovels and dozers in a construction or related industry.
- Valid license is required.
- Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to established safety protocols.
