Term assignment (Approximately May 1, 2024 to December 20, 2024)

Under the direction of the District or Maintenance Supervisor, the Carpenter performs:
carpentry work and general repairs on buildings, equipment, furniture, doors, and hardware;
administrative functions;
other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.

**Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**:
secondary School diploma;
a Provincial Carpentry license (this includes the equivalent of one year of Community college);
knowledge of the Ontario Building Code;
two years related experience;
good interpersonal and organizational skills;
valid driver's license;
ability to work independently.

This is a full-time temporary position from approximately May 1, 2024 to December 20, 2024 with an annual salary of $67,866 (to be pro-rated).
