**Role: Civil Field Engineer**
**Location: Project site at Milltown (Near St. Stephen, New Brunswick)**

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Civil Field Engineer provides comprehensive support to employees and supervisors working at the project site, ensuring adherence to corporate and client policies, regulatory guidelines, and contractual obligations.

Your primary responsibilities in this role would include:

- Processing of project-related documentation, such as timesheets, job status reports, purchase orders, job tracking records, and invoices.
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly reports, contract management activities, and facilitating the change control process.
- Providing support for site administration, including the maintenance of personnel files and the generation of reports for subcontractors.
- Facilitating the participation of Indigenous communities in the project.
- Managing filing systems and ensuring proper document control.
- Assisting employees with travel arrangements.
- Maintaining accurate employee data and fulfilling various other administrative duties as required by the project.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
