Experienced Commercial Maintenance Person (General Repairs and Maintenance).

A fast-expanding company is looking to hire a Handy Man to perform multiple repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the day, in the GTA and surrounding areas. Please contact us if you are reliable, hardworking, and are able to travel. Occasional evening and weekend shifts. (Approximately once a month).

This position requires the person to work both independently and as a team. Must be resourceful with required materials for job sites and accustomed to reporting electronically and manually.

**Duties could include**:

- Commercial painting.
- Small washroom or kitchenette renovations.
- Drywall installation and repair.
- General building maintenance and repairs.
- Vinyl tile repairs and replacement.
- Ceramic tile repairs and replacement.
- Ceiling tile repairs and replacement.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver's license and a clear drivers abstract.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
- Working at heights training would be a plus.

**_ Vehicle and expenses provided._**

Willing to travel across GTA and Durham Region.

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour.
