This position is 60% Product Data and 40% Marketing Coordinator, so please be advised if you are solely looking for a marketing position.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Product Data Responsibilities**:

- Populate new product information for onboarding new customers
- Gather weight & dimension information for various Boshart products
- Product photography of parts, including Photoshop
- Product management in internal programs (Akeneo)
- Communication with customers on product data input as needed
- Excel sheet creation, modification, distribution
- Packaging binders and other promotional literature to mail to customers

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Populating virtual trade show content
- Trade show logistics (ordering materials, etc.)
- Video content (concept, script, shot list, shooting, editing, distribution)
- Technical blogging (using Knowledge Base articles to develop new blog content)
- Assisting with Social Media (creating new posts, scheduling content, social video content)
- Assisting with Graphic Design (posters, flyers, brochures, digital graphics, etc.)

**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE**
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn new software (Akeneo, LabelMatrix)
- Some competency with Adobe Suite an asset (Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Independent: Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Problem Solving: Anticipating, analyzing, diagnosing and resolving problems.
- Technologically Savvy: able to navigate customer interfaces as needed
- Fast Learner: able to pick up on new skills after being taught
- Ambitious with a ton of creativity

**OFFICE HOURS**: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm - core hours 8:30am - 4:30pm
