Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver dance lessons to students of various ages and skill levels - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students - Teach proper dance techniques, terminology, and choreography - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum goals - Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their dance skills - Organize and coordinate dance recitals, performances, and other events - Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to ensure a cohesive dance program Requirements: - Experience working with children in an educational or instructional setting - Knowledge of various dance styles and techniques - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage a classroom of students - Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching dance - CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) - Background in early childhood education or tutoring (preferred) Please note that this is a general job description for a Dance Instructor. **Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 5 per week
