**Nolinor est à la recherche d’un/e premier officier sur le Learjet 45.**

Sous l’autorité du commandant, le/la premier officier est responsable de la sécurité et du fonctionnement des opérations de l’aéronef, ainsi que de la sécurité des passagers à bord pendant toute la durée du vol.

**Responsabilités**:

- Opérer l’appareil conformément aux règlements, normes et directives de Transports Canada, du manufacturier et de Nolinor;
- S’assurer du transport sécuritaire et efficace de tous les passagers à bord, du décollage à l'atterrissage;
- S’assurer que tous les membres d'équipage accomplissent leurs tâches de manière appropriée et professionnelle pendant le vol;
- Participer au système de gestion de la sécurité de la compagnie;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes, telles qu’inscrites dans le Manuel des Opérations de la compagnie.
- Possibilité d’effectuer des vérifications de compétences en ligne et donner de l’entrainement en ligne.
- Participer aux mises à jour des procédures des manuels de l’avion.

**Compétences recherchées**:

- Détenir une licence de pilote de ligne (ATPL) valide;
- Qualification sur type Learjet 45 requis
- Être citoyen canadien ou avoir un statut de résident permanent;
- Détenir un passeport valide;
- Fortes compétences en leadership;
- Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et de communication;
- Orienté sur le service à la clientèle avec la facilité d’établir des relations avec les clients;
- Capacité à travailler en équipe;
- Flexibilité face à un horaire de travail variable;
- Maîtrise du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
- Maîtrise de l'anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, afin de pouvoir communiquer avec les passagers à bords et les différents collaborateurs.
