**Summary**:
Reporting directly to the Estimating Director, The Project/Estimating Administrator will play an integral role in the continued expansion of our Clearway infrastructure division, contributing expertise across numerous activities associated with the preparation management and evaluation of Clearway's bids and pursuits.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Order and print tender documents, upload tenders to the internal shared drive and execute printed copies.
- Coordinate and assist with the Bonding/Insurance request forms with the estimators and Bonding company.
- Enter Tender items into Heavy Bid to facilitate bid preparation and submission.
- Organize, log, distribute and save bid inquiries and addenda.
- Prepare tenders for submission including but not limited to: coordination of signatures, org charts, resumes, project experience, bonding, CAD reports, WSIB certificates, etc.
- Assist with dry-runs with estimators prior to Tender closing to ensure all information is accurate.
- Assist with pre-qualifications, expression of interests’ and RFPs.
- Contribute to the regular meetings of the Estimating department to facilitate future bids and manage departmental workload.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or Construction Management is considered an asset.
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task under the pressure of deadlines.
- Experience in Construction Administration is considered a strong asset.
- Able to conduct technical communications in English with internal and external parties, both written and verbal.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada, as no work permit sponsorship is available for this position.
