**Description**:
Le Responsable Rampe Air est responsable d'améliorer les normes et l'efficacité opérationnelles en identifiant les inefficacités, en collectant des données et en menant des analyses des causes profondes. Ils collaborent avec les parties prenantes pour développer des solutions et des plans de contrôle pour la mise en œuvre. Ils se concentrent également sur la promotion de la satisfaction client en maximisant les connexions de fret et en garantissant un balayage et une communication appropriés. Ils sont également responsables de l'atteinte des objectifs opérationnels, y compris la santé et la sécurité, la productivité, le service et les initiatives d'entreprise. Ils effectuent des audits de procédures et de conformité, gèrent et surveillent activement les opérations pour s'assurer qu'elles sont alignées avec les politiques et procédures formelles.

**Responsabilités**:
Améliorer les normes opérationnelles en identifiant les inefficacités, en effectuant des observations/collectes de données, des analyses de causes profondes, en travaillant avec les parties prenantes sur des solutions/plans de contrôle/outils de gestion de terrain pour la mise en œuvre et la durabilité Promouvoir la satisfaction globale des clients Veiller à maximiser la connexion des frets et, lorsque cela n'est pas possible, garantir le balayage et la communication appropriés (visibilité) Identifier et surveiller les indices opérationnels tels que la réalisation des résultats par rapport à un scorecard convenu Planifier, organiser, diriger, contrôler et évaluer les opérations de transport Définir les politiques et normes opérationnelles (par exemple, procédures de sécurité pour la manipulation de marchandises dangereuses, etc.) et assurer la conformité avec les réglementations de transport Surveiller les échecs de service et mettre en place des actions correctives
