**Brand Marketing Manager**

Carmens Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Brand Marketing Manager to join our Head Office team

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Director of Marketing & Brand Experience in the development and execution of strategic, integrated marketing initiatives including: network programs, promotions, brand activation, events etc.
- Help manage a variety of projects for multi-brand concept, support re-branding projects and any new business ventures
- Assist with ongoing design, development and implementation of marketing programs across all venues
- Build innovative strategies with Director to achieve desired market positions for all Carmen’s Group brands
- Work directly with marketing, senior leadership and venue teams, to help recommend, develop, and execute various programs
- Guide visual identity for all brands with agency creative partners
- Draft and edit media materials including editorial pieces, media advisories, press releases, fact sheets and briefing books
- Support the team with website user experience, social media content, SEO and digital campaigns
- Assist venues in building local store marketing plans, identifying new opportunities by venue and supporting them with ongoing marketing requests
- Teach and guide venue managers to build a seamless presence within their communities and develop long lasting, meaningful relationships with their neighbours
- Coordinate tracking and post analysis of all marketing efforts and lead post-evaluation analysis with venues
- Create and manage critical paths for all marketing & design programs and promotions
- Contribute to the growth of Carmens Group family of brands

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a marketing or public relations role
- Minimum 2+ years of branding, event coordination, design, public relations, and project management experience
- University degree preferred with College Diploma/Certificate in Communications, Business, Advertising, Marketing or Public Relations
- Experience with graphic design for print, digital and web purposes a plus
- Event planning and execution experience
- Passion for industry, food & beverage experience/knowledge of hospitality industry considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail, great communication, sense of urgency and organizational skills
- Ability to help manage multiple tasks in an environment of rapid change and shifting priorities
- Must be effective team player and able to work collaboratively and independently with venues and senior leadership
- Strategic thinking capabilities to support the development of innovative campaigns; a creative thinker
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal.
- Strong work ethic, team oriented, positive, and energetic with a great sense of humour
