Reporting to the Marketing Manager of Hillcrest, you will be part of an inspiring marketing team and brand builders who collaborate and execute industry-leading initiatives. This role will assist both the Hillcrest Mall and Upper Canada Mall marketing teams.

As a member of the team, your responsibilities and tasks include:
**Main tasks**:
Contribute to the annual planning of marketing communications for Hillcrest and Upper Canada;
Design and implement communication plans and advertising campaigns in a 360 vision;
Contribute to the development and execution of events, promotions, contests and activations and ensure budget and production monitoring (graphic elements, advertising and/or various needs);
Analyze the performance of campaigns and marketing initiatives under responsibility and make recommendations;
Assist the rental team specializing in the ideation and implementation of activations and experiential projects;
Collaborate with the digital marketing specialist in the development of digital actions and the development of the annual content strategy;
Ensure the management of the ecosystem and the contact points of Hillcrest and Upper Canada; in a global vision (signage, permanent display, SAC, web, digital experience, social media);
Contribute to the strategic thinking of brand positioning and tourism development initiatives;
Maintain excellent relationships with various partners, agencies, sponsors and media;
Ensure compliance with standards for the use of the brand image of Hillcrest and Upper Canada;
Contribute to press relations actions.

**Others**:
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices;
Identify new opportunities to enhance the offer and generate relevant experiences for consumers;
Prepare various reports;
Ensure good communications with Oxford and/or colleagues at other properties;
Perform any other task deemed relevant by the Marketing Manager.

**Search criteria**:
4+ years of experience in the field of marketing, communications or any other experience deemed relevant;
University degree in marketing (advertising or public relations) or other relevant field;
Retail and shopping center experience an asset;
A creative and dynamic thinker who prioritizes a global vision of the company and its customers;
Deep understanding of social media and content trends to drive engagement;
High level of competence in budget management and event management;
Team spirit and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy, rigor and professionalism;
Effective time management and a great sense of organization;
Ability to solve problems while maintaining a positive attitude
